Vacuum Metallised Non-woven Fabric is produced by coating a thin layer of metal aluminum on the surface of the textile non-woven fabric by the process method of vacuum aluminum plating, which is passed through high temperature under a high vacuum. The metal aluminum is melted and evaporated so that the vapor of aluminum is deposited on the surface of the textile non-woven fabric, then the surface of the plastic film has a metallic luster.

It is an ideal eco-friendly material of temperature preserving and heat insulation, featuring excellent light and heat reflection of the outside aluminum layer and soft flexibility of the inside fabric.

The textile vacuum metallised on-woven fabric is used as heat insulation material for the roof, walls, and pipes, also as packaging material for household appliances, high-class ceramics, frozen packings, as well as filter net layer.
