Roll to Roll Lamination Film is used on roll laminator machines for printed paper substrate lamination work, including large format commercial printings coming out of different printing ways such as offset printing, screen printing or digital printing. It mainly sees a glossy or matte finish, taking base material of transparent plastic film of BOPP and BOPET.
Size and thickness are the two important factors when choosing plastic laminating rolls. We offer customized roll sizes such as 1020mm x 3000m or 1400mm x 2000m, and thickness from 18micron to 250micron, with core sizes of 1 inch (25mm), 2.25 inch (58mm), or 3 inch (76mm).
